Do you service both Residential and Commercial properties?
Absolutely! MaintenAces proudly serves both residential and commercial clients. All services we provide for residential properties are also available to commercial properties. For commercial grounds maintenance and snow clearing, pricing is quoted after a site visit so we can tailor the plan to your property’s exact needs.
What's included in your residential lawn maintenance visits?
Each weekly visit includes a full cut and trimming of your lawn. We bag clippings and remove them (unless you ask us otherwise). Need extras? We also offer services for overgrown grass (6″+), pet or fallen fruit pickup, lawn fertilizing, overseeding, and leaf pickup/removal — all available as add-ons.
How does snow clearing work after a snowfall?
We clear your sidewalks and high-traffic areas as soon as possible after each snowfall, as agreed upon in your service plan. For commercial properties, parking lots are cleared with snow piled to your designated area. Sanding and salting can be applied after each clearing for maximum safety.
What areas do you include in your pricing?
Anything within 15km of Leduc City limits is included in all prices, no extra charges. Properties outside the 15km radius may have some additional mileage fees, which are discussed when the on site assessment is completed. No surprises, ever.
Can I add extra services beyond my regular plan?
Of course! We have a flexible, ‘just ask’ mentality. From gutter cleaning and window washing to garbage removal and security camera installation, if there’s anything else you require for your property, please don’t hesitate to ask and we’ll do our best to help.
